All registered participants will present a poster of his/her work.

Participants also willing to present their work as part of the oral presentations must fill the comments section of their submission accordingly (see below).

To compile a detailed list of participants, which will be distributed at the beginning of the day to facilitate networking between participants, please complete the text below, copy it and insert it in the "Comments" section of your submission.

Abstracts must be written in English and prepared in Portable Document Format (PDF) (To be uploaded after filling in this form)
Abstracts must be formatted according to the standard IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, ten-point font text (Find IEEE Template).
The maximum length of abstracts are two (2) pages.
All figures, tables, references etc. are included in the page limit.
All fonts must be embedded into the PDF file.
All abstracts must be submitted online.
